Firefly Festivals is headed up by experienced festival and events organiser Emer Druce.

Emer operates principally within the New Forest and the South Coast, organising her own boutique festivals alongside UK wide festival commissions and as a consultant and booking agent for private community, sporting, food and drink, charity and bespoke events.

Her attention to detail combined with a compassionate, engaging, empathetic style has earned Emer respect within the industry and from clients. a proven record of music talent discovery has enhanced that reputation for Emer and her team.

We first connected with Firefly Festivals at Party in the Park in Southampton, where Samantha made us feel so welcome. Having our Listening Post there was the start of our festival journey, and it couldn’t have had a better beginning. Since then, we were invited to Sham Rocks Festival in New Milton, where we had the best time. Everything was so well organised, the atmosphere warm and friendly, and we even had a prime spot with the stage in view – it was fantastic. We’re already looking forward to Sham Rocks 2026!
